Órale Güey was born from the dream of a couple from Guanajuato, Mexico, with a deep passion for traditional and modern cuisine. With over 34 years of culinary experience, our chef has perfected his craft in some of the best restaurants in Ohio, including **Smith and Wollensky**, **Asterisc Apple**, and many others. Throughout his career, he has worked as a chef for large events, private and corporate celebrations, and even for major television networks.

We bring the authentic flavors of Mexico to the streets with our **food truck**, blending our culinary heritage with the expertise gained in the United States. Every dish we serve is a testament to our dedication and love for great food, always prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients.
